Shipping policy
1. Tables and Furniture
1.1 All tables and furniture items are made locally in Melbourne Australia and have been delivered around Australia since 2010. Please allow up to 21 days for manufacture and delivery. We will confirm this once your order has been placed online, or during the ordering process if you order in-store.
1.2 Expedited, urgent fulfilment. Contact hello@oztables.com.au.
1.3 For delivery outside metropolitan Melbourne, contact hello@oztables.com.au, as a minimum order quantity is required given interstate delivery costs for single items are relatively high.
1.4 Local pick by you or a service you have organised is to be picked up at OzTables 4/265 Wickham Road Moorabbin VIC 3189. Logistic details date and time are to be agreed by emailing hello@oztables.com.au
1.5 Damage, loss or insurance claim during shipping. Repair or replacement of your order will require up to 14 days, in addition to any insurance claim process time if needed. You may request a refund after 14 days, if not offered beforehand.
2.0 Online orders. Most of these products are bespoke, hence allow up to 21 days for delivery. Most products are delivered by us or a third party delivery service. You will be contacted by email on the status of your delivery.
2.1 In-store orders. We can provide a quotation for delivery for in-store orders.
2.2 Late delivery. Should your order not be delivered within 28 days, please contact christian@oztables.com.au to agree on an action to be taken.
